How to set up Free Enterprise Wiki?

  • Create Wiki
  • Set Permission

Create Wiki

Once you have signed up with Zoho Wiki, you will get default wiki in your zoho username. If you want to have wiki not in your username you can also create another wiki. For e.g Just create wiki in your company name. company.wiki.zoho.com

Set Permission

Setting permission for your wiki will make your wiki as an enterprise wiki. Steps to be followed :
  1. Go to wiki Settings at the top bar
  2. Click Permissions
  3. Select Domain in Reading Combo box under Change your wiki permissions
  4. Click Save button
  5. Enter your company/organization email address domain name under Company/Organization Domain. For e.g In your email address yourname@yourcompany.com just enter @yourcompany.com
  6. Click Save button

Make your Wiki Secure

You can allow secure access to your company wiki over the internet. Steps to be followed:
  1. Go to wiki Settings at the top bar
  2. Click Permissions
  3. Click Enable only Https radio button under Secure Access (SSL)

Notify your Employee's

In your home page, Click Tell a Friend link at the top bar. Then enter your message about your new company wiki and send mail to your employees. If you have single email address for your employees you can use it otherwise just enter multiple email address using comma(,) separated.

Employee's sign up and confirmation of email address with your company email address is enough to access your company wiki.
